Services
Tender marinated grilled fajita meat with three cheese blend cooked on-site to a golden brown. Includes Crisp Garden Salad, Slow Smoked Brisket, Chicken, Pulled Pork or Sausage (Your choice of two meats), Texas Potato Salad, BBQ Beans, Pickles, Onions, BBQ Sauce and Dinner Rolls. Alternate sides available.
A master of his craft, Chef Andy came from Chicago's elite kitchens to help elevate the culinary experience at Angie's Choice to new heights. Our clients and guests benefit from his expertise in menu development and creativity in designing special dining occasions. Chef Andy has a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu Institute and has trained in Chicago, North Carolina and Utah.

Angie & Team were absolutely amazing! My family and I are self-proclaimed “foodies” and absolutely enjoyed our plated dinner. Angie, I’m so thankful for everything you did. You were always a phone call away and I truly appreciate you answering all of my questions, no matter how detailed they were. You and your team went above expectations to make sure our special day went as planned. I had a few guests and 2 of my vendors ask who catered because the food was that good! My favorite was the homemade meatballs from the pasta bar. My parents love to throw

My brother and sister-in-law went with Angie’s Choice catering for their wedding this past October. A few top complaints: cold appetizers, hard vegetables, unfriendly staff, and BAD communication.
It was communicated to Angie that the couple wanted real silverware, however, they were unaware that the cutlery would be the plastic type you use at a bbq. Angie’s Choice Catering was so easy to work with. They catered my small, intimate 50th birthday dinner. We had grilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, roll and ice tea. Everything was delicious and everyone raved about how good the mashed potatoes were. Also, the ice tea (both sweet and unsweet) was amazing. I will choose Angie’s Choice Catering again! Thank you so very much!

We just got back from our Honeymoon. Angie and crew were amazing for our wedding and dinner. Angie, Chef and Crew were fantastic to work with. The pricing was valued, fair and they were easy to work with. Angie worked with us on a few extras and everything was perfect. We ended up doing appetizers that were very yummy, filet was fantastic and we used their TABC bartender. They took the extra mile with all china and glasses etc. Thanks for a beautiful event. There are not enough amazing things to say about Angie’s Choice Catering! I work with a master planned community and have used her for various events and have been satisfied every time. The food is always fresh and delicious (their beef sliders are my favorite), her staff are always professional, and they get it right every time. Angie is extremely personable, responsive, and professional. I’ve recommended her to several of my colleagues, and they have always only given me the best reports back.
