I was looking for a bagel. I had been looking for a long time throughout all of North Houston. I was randomly driving down Woodlands Parkway and I just googled bagel. Brooklyn Café popped up and I immediately turned around and headed that way. I ordered the bagel sandwich with scrambled egg bacon and everything bagel. It hit the spot. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended

Negatives: service can be a bit disorganized at times. Plus, they can run out of certain items that you may want.
Positives: good quality and quantity of food for the price.
I had the 3 pancakes plus sausage and the pancakes are huge. Warning. They put powdered sugar on top. If your like me and don't wish this speak up. The eggs are real vs the carton variety.
Would I come back. .. yes.
Bon appetite.

If you want a horribly long wait, an the equivalent of an overpriced grocery store bagel . . . then this is your place. And not a single worker was wearing a mask. They have no business using the name Brooklyn -- and the staff have a lot of nerve putting out a tip jar for incredibly lousy, inefficient service. I have no idea why it was crowded --the bagels certainly are not worth it.

Update: I tried the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel with avocado. SO DELICIOUS. The sausage was juicy and tasty, I like the quality they use. Also, they don't skimp on the avocado when you add it to a sandwich. I had the red velvet iced latte again and it was sweet and creamy. My boyfriend had the Brooklyn bridge iced latte (mint & chocolate) who said it was just sweet enough without being overpowering and that it was the perfect pick me up to start your day.

This place has an amazing feel. Super clean. Great chocolate chip cookies. And the bagels, their bangin. I recommend "the ranch" chicken was perfectly cooked, bacon means something here. I would also recommend the blueberry bagel, with the pinkest of cream cheeses. If you're in the mood for something fishy, this is not the place for you because THEIR SALMON IS ON POINT!

Staff was extremely rude to my elderly father. They would not toast bagel or put cream cheese on it. When I asked to speak to the manager to understand why this changed in the past month their response was he stood in the wrong line. I said that they should tell people if they want their bagel toasted with cream cheese they should tell them to move lines.
This place has gone downhill in the past month. I was a regular who would come every 2 weeks. They used to be very friendly and nice and now they are rude and snobby.
Not worth it. Go to panera or buy bagels from the store.

I love bagels as much as I love pizza. I try and come to this place whenever in Houston. It's located in a small plaza in the Woodlands. This bagels from this place taste just like New York bagels... which is hard to find at least for me. I love to order a toasted everything bagel with butter, egg and cheese -oh my heavens does it take good! All bagels from this place tastes amazing. I'm telling you there is a secret ingredient as to what makes New York bagels amazing. Not sure what it is, people have said it's all about the water, but I've yet to find out ! They have different

Popped in for lunch and the service from our waitress was wonderful. She was incredibly polite and friendly, and nothing was a problem for her. Ordered the tuna panini which was lacking in the mayo portion of the order, but otherwise very enjoyable. The Brooklyn Benedict was a hit. Highly recommended.
