The guy at the register was very condescending I made a purchase Friday and came in to return two items that didn't fit, he continues to ask me weird questions that had nothing to do with the transaction may I add he asks me for my id to match my credit card but when I made the purchase Friday that didn't happen, this guy needs to brush up on his customer service, I come in this store and shop regularly and today I think is my last time coming in here.......sorry not sorry but you can't treat people that way especially a regular, this guy treated me as if I was some scrub that comes in stores to

Super rude, absolutely horrible customer service and such an overcharge for shoes. Yelled at us as soon as we walked in even though I wanted to check out the shoes, I had my service dog with me big German Shepherd but they let a small dog come in. I didn't even want to explain that my dog was a service dog he was so rude! Never going to shop here save your money guys. I don't recommend this place I highly recommend the other shoe place here called Fresh Society and super accommodating too. Also said they would call me back for shoes a few months back and never once did. Also looked at

Left the place with a bad taste in my mouth. Noticed the guy there was pleasant to the couple of ahead me but apparently I do not fit the mold on the sneaker culture. No greeting and he was only forced to look up from the computer when I a few questions for him. If your going to sell higher than Market value then please take the effort to providing customer service to EVERY single people who comes through your store. I will not be returning there are other sneaker resellers in the area that takes the time to make sure their customer are treated well.

Great customer service. Belinda and Jeremy were very helpful when I was looking through the store. When I asked about a discount they said it was expired but they asked the manager and they let me use the discount. Jeremy talked about the rewards program which is great if you like the brands that they carry. Overall experience was great and I will be coming back again to pick up more Chinatown market clothes.

Best street wear shop in the Bay Area hands down. Service is always a-1 , product it's always fire , they carry they best brands and always have the newest collections, love the denim ( crysp and embellish ) and always keep me up to date on the newest stuff coming out through ig . I'm very disappointed. I've been to the store a few times to buy my boyfriend shirts and every time the owner was the one to help me. This particular time he wasn't there & I was helped by someone else, no problem there. I found a shirt in his size and proceeded to purchase it when I was told they have another in the back so they'll give me that one.
I gave my boyfriend the shirt, he liked it but didn't wear it until about a week or two after I bought it then came down stairs mad at me that I got the wrong size... which I didn't.. I was very careful to choose

Came into Hidden Hype looking for some Yeezys and was helped out by Dallas which was very informative about them and had a positive attitude and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me out. I ultimately bought a pair and was happy with the price not too much over retail. Also the owner was there helping out customers which is always nice to see. 10/10 would come back. Really nice vibe too

Straight up my go to spot any time I need some gear! Stays up on all the new styles got all the hot as brands I can't go anywhere else. Also the staff are super attentive with any of your needs if you and Sarramonte Mall or in San Jose Oakridge definitely go see them. Even if you're not definitely worth the trip

Hidden hype is my all time favorite go to boutique in the neighborhood. Every staff member I've came across when shopping there has given me awesome customer service & great vibes! Victoria and Tavi are very down to earth and seem like such hard workers, very helpful! Did I forget to mention the owner Rami? Awesome dude, phenomenal customer service, really knows his stuff. If you like to shop for urban, street wear even just looking for a good price with style and great customer service, this is your go to spot in the South Bay. They stock the dopest shoes, pants, shirts, sweaters, etc

Honestly one of the best streetwear stores I've ever been to, the staff was especially welcoming as if I was apart of their family. Extremely friendly shoutout to Christian for helping me with information and overall great service to not only me but all the guests that walk through the door
