An active mom of two and former corporate accountant turned personal trainer dedicated to helping you move well through improving your mobility, balance, posture, flexibility, endurance, and last but not least - strength. I started my gym to help clients of all ages and abilities reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I'll help you achieve your fitness goals through exercise, nutrition and behavioral change and be there to celebrate your success! My training starts with the basics of functional movement. You'll see your capacity to do daily activities- whether it is getting out of pain, increased flexibility, ability to squat and reach or injury prevention- improve as you train.

As a fitness coach and a high energy mother of two, my passion lies in living an active lifestyle and inspiring others to find the motivation to improve their fitness levels. This is my passion because I've been there. I had a desk job for over 10 years and know it's not easy to stay fit when you sit all day.
Functional training to help you integrate movement patterns for daily life, like pushing, pulling, and squatting. We focus on training that has a purpose, including how to properly pick things up, preparing to compete in a sport, or simply anything that helps you move well. It will give you the strength, stability and mobility you need to thrive in life.

I joined Jen’s workouts a few months ago and I like the dynamic flow of the class. She also adjusts to any injuries that you may have and modifies the workout to your needs. She has great energy and is very personable!

Jenn Chia designed a program to help me meet goals in building core strength while improving my balance and flexibility. As an overweight, older woman whose previous experience with strength training was unsatisfactory, beginning a new program was initially intimidating. Jenn's professional, positive, encouraging sessions have yielded real improvements in my fitness level, and have motivated me to expand to workouts on my own. Each workout is designed to target my fitness needs, and is modified in the moment, as needed, to help me get the most benefit. I also appreciate having clear, consistent
