I started working out with Vlad at the end of February 2021. I have always been fairly active -workouts, light weights, cardio but I gained 15 pounds over COVID and was bored. I was ready to get serious about weight loss and building muscle. I have worked out with other trainers so I expected more of the same. Not so. I have never seen such quick results. I strongly recommend Vlad if you want to feel and perform better. The lockdown injured my health, so I looked for help. I was blessed to find Vlad. Vlad is better than any doctor. Have been training with Vlad for almost 2 months now and have had the best results already. His gym is super clean and spacious and he really sets you up for success by providing in depth meal plans and workout schedules. If you are looking to get real results, this is where you need to go. Fantastic service and a great private facility. I have been working with Vlad for several years and he has always been able to get me the results I am looking for. He is great at tailoring his workouts to your specific individual needs. Flexible scheduling has always been convenient as well. Being able to just go in and have everything planned out and tailored to your own goals takes the stress out of a workout regime. You will never want to go and work out on your own in some crowded public gym again.

I started with Vlad thinking I knew a lot from my previous trainer but boyyy was I wrong. He corrected my form on a lot of the workouts I thought I already knew how to do. I used to not feel certain muscles when training but Vlad made sure we were targeting the correct muscles that we were working out that day. He was constantly checking in with me on how my workouts were and how my meal plan was going which I appreciated knowing how many clients he had! He was very knowledgeable on any question I had. The facility is a Brand New, with Newly Built Bathrooms with ADA Showers. It has Modern Interiors, Brand New Training Equipment and it's Super Clean.
The personalized fitness is located in perfect spot of Sacramento.
My Experience: When I am being trained by Vlad, there is always an awesome energy and outstanding profession training experience. Vlad is very knowledgeable. Vlad understands my goals and he turns them to reality! Vlad's 30 minutes training sessions are intense and well thought out workouts.

Since I've been working out almost every day before I met Vlad, I wasn't lacking motivation. But I was definitely lacking fast results. I didn't realize that my body adapted to my regular daily workouts and instead of defining my muscles, I was just maintaining the tone. My trainer is Gerald, and he's fab! After just a few weeks, I can feel my core muscles strengthening(I was having a difficult time holding in my stomach). Vlad is amazing! I came to him after doing cardio my whole life, I wanted to learn strength training and to tone up my body. I have done cardio my whole life and don't know much about weights or how to do proper workouts. I was very spectacle on hiring a trainer because I didn't know what to expect or if I could keep up with the workouts. I heard about BodyByVlad on yelp and was very impressed by the reviews.

I worked with Vladi for about 4 months before I relocated out of state. My primary goal was to continue working on strength and conditioning to help with an ongoing back injury after physical therapy. If I could give 10 Stars I would!! Vladi is by far one of the most dedicated and knowledgable trainers I've yet to encounter. My workouts were never the same, always one on one & targeted every muscle in my body (not in same session). Vlad has been a tremendous help for both my fitness and nutrition routines in my goals to be healthier and to gain weight. He is knowledgeable and has provided great resources for me to learn more about how to get my body into peak shape. Vladi is an amazing trainer, I've worked out with him a few times and loved it. He's patient and friendly and very informative. Everytime I had a question about a certain workout or just a health question in general Vladi would give me a thorough explanation. Even after working out with him, he'd send me an email containing that day's work out routine and a few tips I could use when working out by myself. Vladi is the first trainer I've ever had and I'd already say he's my favorite.
