My son loves the way that Mulberry's cleans his work dress shirts. He's very particular about them (I know-I've schlepped them to every possible dry cleaners). So it's not surprising that I've dropped off/picked up for him when he lived in Rochester. Yes, same quality and on time. But I always had different totals when I went there...granted, sometimes I had the coupon from the order before and the orders were never the same.

I stopped by this week to get one laundered shirt, and there were both good and bad parts. Unfortunately, one terrible aspect ruined the whole experience.
BAD:
1. MORE THAN DOUBLE THE INITIAL PRICE: When dropping off my shirt for laundry, I was told it would be $4.09 (+tax), plus a 20% off discount for new customers. When I came to pick it up, I was told it was $9.99 (for a dry cleaned garment) + $0.99 (for a "stain") + additional tax. They would still honor the 20% off, but the total cost came to more than DOUBLE what

Have been taking my flight attendant uniform pieces here for a while now and I've got to say that I'm never disappointed with the service here. They really treat their customers as #1.
I also needed a couple of slacks tailored to fit me better ever since I've lost a couple inches around the waist and I've got to say they did such a fantastic job. Very happy customer here!

I have been using Mulberry's pick up and delivery service for the last year. Last spring they returned a linen order w/o a very expensive duvet cover . I live in a condominium which receives all mail and packages for the residents. The order was received while I was out of town. When I returned a month later I noticed I did not receive the duvet. I called the main office,explained and spoke to a "manager". This was repeated at least 5 times, they never checked it in and couldn't find it. Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon for alterations on a bridesmaid dress (a hem on two layers). The woman seemed very unsure about pinning the dress. I should have left right then but decided not to. I needed the dress by the following Wednesday as I was leaving Thurs for the wedding. I was told it would be ready by Tuesday at the latest. Fast forward to Tuesday at 5:30p and I hadn't heard anything. I called the store and the woman who answered asked for my phone number, then last name, then first name... I asked 'do you not have my ticket

Horrible service!!! They lost a pair of Theory pants and gave me someone else's shirt. I called them and no help whatsoever. The person on the phone said "I just work at the store and my plant manager deals with this stuff." I asked for his number and she said she couldn't give it to me. I asked why and she said he is really busy dealing with all the issues.
First time I used them and it will be the last.

So brought a two piece suit and Four dress shirts in on Friday. To my surprise they said they would be completed the next day after 3 Pm. I arrived today, Saturday. And three of my shirts are missing. Supposedly in another order and sent to the wrong store. I asked which store and the counter person did not know. Said the system doesn't tell him that.
I noticed he had to scan what was there so Not sure why clothes that come in aren't scanned so you know In system where things are like UPS.
This was my first time to use his place. I researched and thought they looked ok. Unknown
