Hiring a professional property manager means not having to worry when you decide to rent your property. Property Management Advisors has 26 years of experience managing properties, which means we can take care of all the big stuff while not missing any of the details. Here is just some of what we do.
You might be able to manage a property yourself but there are a few reasons you may still want to hire a property manager. If you already have a number of personal and professional demands that require your attention, managing a property might be too much to tack on to your existing schedule. Hiring a property manager to handle all the paperwork, administration, and maintenance means you can focus your time on more important things.
The best way to ensure the rent is always paid on time is to lease the property to a responsible tenant. This means properly screening potential tenants during the application process. Obviously it's impossible to predict the future but Property Management Advisors has worked with thousands of tenants over the years and our experience shows.
When you hire Property Management Advisors, the following services are covered by your management fee. When you first hire Property Management Advisors, we will begin our service by conducting an assessment of the property as it relates to your desired renting price. After we've examined the assessment alongside comparable listings and market variables, we'll advise you on setting the best price.

RENTER BEWARE!! If you can avoid renting from this company, do so for your own good. Notice how any positive reviews they have are from property owners/landlords? I dare you to find a positive renter review. They are con artists specializing in scamming renters out of their security deposits. It doesn't matter how well you leave a property, they will lie, scheme, and deceive in order to not pay you what you are due. That's just half of it. Do not expect them to fix anything, including hazards in the floor or leaks in ceilings!! They are unethical, incompetent, unprofessional slumlords

The property management staff at PMA communicated professionally and promptly despite my location across the country. I could rely upon their guidance and insights in handling any type of issues that arose, especially when my condo experienced an unexpected water leak. They took care to adhere to, and follow the rules, including with the uncertainties of the current pandemic. I appreciated that I could rely upon them to respond promptly, carry out any needed actions, and communicate and follow up as well with the tenants. I had not owned a property before, and had not been a landlord, and they

As previously stated by other reviews, the unresponsiveness from this company was outrageous. I submitted an application for a rental to them on a Friday and heard NOTHING for a full week, even after many prompts and calls from our realtor. They sure took our payment right away though - but could not let us know anything about the process or about what we submitted. Just randomly got a response 7 days later that said it was declined.
I didn't think much of it at first, but when we called to ask if we could see the rental property, they didn't even know it was a property of theirs. Obviously

Extremely frustrating and unresponsive to deal with. I'm renting a house with three bedrooms and a fan in each. One fans works fine. One is dead. One wobbles precariously. I was assured before I moved in that these would be fixed quickly. That was well over a month ago. Nothing has happened. When I write, I'm told the owners are "taking the matter under advisement." This is code. It means that nothing is going to happen. Dan Willard is extremely attentive in person but doesn't include his telephone number in emails and often doesn't respond. Lots of promises, zero

We rented a condo from PMA for 2 year lease. The place was old but we needed to find a place quickly as we just moved to the area. My realtor asked the landlord on my behalf if they could replace the carpet and he said no bc he apparently just changed it even though it looked old and worn out. As soon as we moved in, there was something wrong with the dryer was not heating. Then the washer would not drain. They sent someone to fix it but warned that we would be responsible for anything else that broke in the unit. Then the garbage disposal went out and would not drain. The issues I had gone

We were tenants in a property managed by PMA for many years. Although we were very happy with the home we rented, our experience with PMA was poor. As a whole we found PMA to be unreliable, exceptionally disorganized, unprofessional, discourteous, and less-than forthright (borderline dishonest).
Dana, who manages their service calls, is highly unprofessional, rude, and on more than one occasion, verbally aggressive.
Randy Huntley, PMA's founder and president, advertises himself in person and on the company's website as a retired Marine. But in our experience he runs a business
