The mechanics I used in the past have retired and closed up shop. I have been to numerous shops in the meantime and have questioned if my car was actually repaired or if there was an issue at all. I googled and googled and found Preferred Auto. The waiting area was nice with complimentary snacks, clean bathroom, and charging ports for you phone. Although it was an auto repair shop I felt like I was at Chik-fila with the treatment I was receiving. THEY ARE THE WORSSTTTTT!!!!!!!! PLEASE LOOK AT THE PARTS ON THEIR WEBSITE 1ST. THEY CHARGE YOU DOUBLE FOR THE PART ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! AND CHARGES LABOR WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING THE PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE!!!! THE SERVICING MANAGER WAS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL TELLING ME THAT $500 (HE GAVE A DISCOUNT FOR HIS TRIPPLE PRICING OF THE PART) IS THE PRICE AND IF I WANT TO LEAVE IT FOR REPAIR OR TAKE IT BACK BUT I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY $250 FOR HIM LOOKING AT IT WHICH WAS ONLY HIM PUTTING THE COMPUTER TO IT! PLEASE DON'T STEP A FOOT IN THIS PLACE! THEY ARE EXPENSIVE! FOR 1 SENSOR THEY WERE CHARGING $650 FOR

From the first day The services that I had to get on my 2011 F150 and my 2007 Lincoln Navagator, was Execute it, Professionally, No problem that they can't handle. I took my car in for an overall inspection just to see what would be needed. As a female it was very important to me that I didnt feel as though I was taken advantage of. They were so helpful and explained everything until I understood it. They even took the time to give me a print out of what would be needed in the future and how much it would cost. My car came back looking and driving like new! In fact, when going to pick up a friend after getting it back from Preferred, she asked when I’d gotten a new car - and she meant it, it looked that good. It also drives like new. Joe, Tommy and their team did an awesome job with taking care of any problems, detailed it so that it looked like new and took care of some body work and perfectly matched the paint. I trust them completely and will go nowhere else.

Service is terrific. My son which just got his license he’s going to be driving one of our older vehicles. We had Joe, Tommy and his team go over it with a fine tooth comb. They pointed out exactly what needed to be done for the vehicle to be as safe as possible. They are reasonably priced and overall working with them is a great experience.

This has been my fourth time coming to preferred automotive, from oil changes, getting a nail out of my tire and now getting my car inspected I have nothing but good things to say about each experience. The staff is so friendly every time I’ve been there and my car is in and out each time as well. Prices are also very reasonable. It’s nice to have some peace of mind that good and honest people are working on my car, I will always be coming here for any type of maintenance on my car!
