Considering our current health and economic environment, it is very difficult to find a well qualified, honest computer technician, especially a person to make residential repairs. I was lucky to have found Home Computer Repair by searching the Net. Jeff was very responsive and I got an appointment immediately. Jeff was very professional and explained what he was doing and what had caused the problem; in fact, he fixed another problem that surfaced during his visit. All was accomplished at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this business, and I plan to use Jeff in the future.

We have used Jeff to handle several of our laptop repairs and always very please with his work. He has replaced laptop keyboards on our field computers and he has built me two deck top computers. The last one he did a new complete custom build for me, I need very powerful computers that can run many programs and edit 4K video. It wasn't cheap but I wasn't looking for a deal I wanted quality. The new desktop is up and running and we are super impressed with this machine. The man does great work, has always been honest and upfront. Quality Company!

Contacted HCR on Thursday, made appointment for Friday. Jeff arrived at the appointed time. We had previously spoken on the phone, so he went to work setting up a new PC and transferring all the data for the PC being taken out of service. Needed a new video cord; no problem. Project was completed just under 3 hours and everything was done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. Along the way, Jeff took the time to answer any of my questions related to the install. Very pleased with his service and would not hesitate to recommend his services or use him again should my need arise.

Nice guy. He had my computer for a while. He gave it back then and told me it was as good as new. I had take it back then another time for the same thing. He got it fixed. But I had take it to my another person that had to repair some things he had erased. In the end he fixed it but he charged more than I expected and took a while and I had to take it to some one else.
