My son’s laptop died. My son, has autism, so this was a major issue for him. I was worried I needed to go buy another laptop, but thought I’d try taking the dead one in to Qwerty. They fixed it for me in no time at an extremely reasonable rate. Very thankful! I highly recommend Qwerty!

Another shop, GEEK SQUAD, indicated that the computer was too far gone to repair. Pedro, Qwerty tech, plugged our computer in and it worked. Imagine that. Both techs did their work right in front of me. Needless to say, I was very happy with Qwerty service.

I brought my ASUS gaming computer in for a screen replacement (Dog jumped on it) and keyboard replacement (Fiancée spilled wine on it). I knew parts were hard to find so I sourced them myself. They put it back together and now it's like having a new computer. It was only $100, so very fair price. A+, I'll be back.

I'm in the commercial real estate brokerage and development business.
Like many others, all of my business and personal information is contained on my laptop. When the 1-800 company I had doing my monthly maintenance, etc., for the past 3 years couldn't fix my computer problem I went to Yelp trying to find a local computer repair shop.
I wrote down three businesses, called all three, and consider myself EXTREMELY fortunate to have decided on Qwerty Computer Repair. David and Nick were ABSOLUTELY GREAT! David removed viruses, malware, etc., took off Windows 7 and installed 10. He seamlessly transfered

While I am somewhat technical, my 79 year old mother is not and diagnosing computer problems remotely can be challenging. So after she started getting an error upon boot up indicating that her hard drive was failing, I looked on Yelp for a computer repair place close to her house and sent her to Qwerty.
If they were dishonest, they could have taken the computer for few days and told her she needed a new hard drive and charged her a couple hundred bucks. She wouldn't had any idea and with me not being there, I would have had to take them at their word, but instead they found and fixed her

I was on my way to another computer place and saw Qwerty so I pulled in to describe my issues. I had called around to other places based upon the yelp reviews and since Qwerty had none, I was not going to go. For whatever reason, I decided to stop in and I am so glad I did! Bart and Jeremy took their time to help me understand the issue and answer all my questions. I totally got the feeling of operating an honest and upstanding business with all the recommendations and info offered. I would recommend this place and I will be supporting them in the future.
