A new computer was in my future. I called the computer service experts and they came out and looked at my computer. My power button was bad. They took the time and showed me that my power button was bad. We looked up power buttons and some of them were on back order until August of the same year and it was only January so we decided to go with a new computer. They took care of everything. They sat with me while we figured out exactly what I needed and wanted and ordered it, tested it and make sure everything was working and they delivered and set it up. What an amazing experience

Our problem: Outlook. That should say it all but as it turns out we tried to fix the issue on our own and needed help so we Googled for a computer repair company in Sarasota. We found B2B IT and we are really happy we did. What a really fantastic job. They remoted into the computer and saw that we had a problem with our router setup. We had just replaced the router. That fixed the issue but they didn't stop there. They looked at the rest of the computer and gave it a clean bill of health at no additional charge. All in all they were really excellent and I highly suggest their services

Great company. Excellent technician. Tried to help over the phone first and could not because the problem was not resolvable over the phone. Even offered to give me a chromebook if mine wasn't repairable. Who does that... Just wow. I am disabled and even though they are a Sarasota computer repair company, they came out to Riverview and fixed the issue onsite. My chromebook is back up and running perfect. Thank you so much for all your help.

I originally brought my computer to a different Sarasota computer repair company; U-Break I-Fix but they didn't help me and just told me that my mainboard was bad. Our go to computer gurus. They are a Sarasota computer repair company but they work no matter where we are located. We been through Nokomis and now south Venice and they are always there for us. Probably the most honest people you'll ever meet. They are really fantastic.
