Absolutely loved living here. The office team has always been so kind and professional and they took care of us in such a timely manner whenever we needed something. We moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom in the same complex and they made our transition so easy. If I wasn’t military and had to leave then we would still be living there.

I have been impressed with management and maintenance. They are organized, professional, courteous, and have a quick response time when I needed something fixed, attended to, or even a review of how to operate the thermostat. For instance, the rack collapsed in the Master closet and it was fixed the very next day. They host creative events to give a sense of community as well.

The management staff at this property is amazing . Nicole, the property manager, has always been very friendly and quick to resolve any issues my wife or I have had. The maintenance staff is very polite and professional. The community is close to shopping which my wife loves. I definitely recommend this community if you are searching for new place to call home.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent here. I would have NEVER rented here if I knew how unorganized and unhelpful the management is here. My A/C has broken at least 10 times, if not more, in a 2 month span. When I asked why it took so long to bring out an external contractor, they said that they had to observe the A/C not work over a period of time. They should have brought someone out here after 3 times not 10+. Second, the dryer in my unit has stopped working several times and I put in a maintenance request and waited 4-5 days til I called the office about an update. The response I got was

Close to everything! Buildings and grounds kept in great condition (routine landscaping maintenance, pressure washing, trash cleanup). Carpets are replaced between each tenant and maintenance is quick to correct emergent needs. Although the virus kept pool and common areas closed for most of my tenancy, the facilities look great and are finally opening again. Night security patrols offer a bit of additional security as well. I’m in a large 3 bedroom unit and it has been great for storage and space.

Overall the apartments are nice and well kept. The grounds and club house are also nice.. however there have been a few issues since moving in. I have been here only a few days and I’m not impressed. Walls are paper thin.. I can hear everything from the apartment next to me and above me. It sounds like they are in the same room. At night I feel unsafe walking my dog, it smells like weed everywhere around the complex. Also people do not pick up after their animals which makes it impossible to walk my dog.

Hampton roads crossing apartments are just great! I really enjoy living here. It is a very peaceful area, super respectful neighbors and excellent staff that respond to any inquiry efficiently. The convenience of the location is wonderful being able to walk to get groceries at Kroger, or pet needs at petco. They also have a car washing station here, and there is always front row parking available to your apartment. The website makes it easy and clear to pay bills or request maintenance. For these reasons and more, 10/10 recommend!

Very well kept property, from the exterior to the interior. The staff is friendly and always available when I had any questions. Walked throughout the complex to tour a few of the units and was pleasantly surprised from the neighbors to the units. The units are up-to-date with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen! The bathrooms are so spacious and the flooring is very modern. If you are in the market for a new apartment definitely schedule a tour st Hampton Roads Crossing, you will not be disappointed! Did I mention there’s an Ulta and Kroger right around the corner!?

Took a tour of the property and the grounds are well maintained. The apartments are bright and airy and up to date.The club house is inviting and so happy they are dog friendly with a dog park on premises. Location is great. You have access to many stores in walking distance. The staff is very professional. Definitely at the top of my list.
