January 2019 update,,, no water pipes frozen again. No Response from Lawerence Homes to fix the frozen pipes. They did attempt to fix them once which failed, soon as the warrenty was up they failed to respond when I asked them to come back and actually fix it correctly. Tough when you have very small kids in a house without water, but it doesn’t seem to bother Larry or Jeanette Langer. Have you seen the estate they live on? I bet their house and their kids have water this morning. Larry & Jeanette, please do the right thing and fix our home, we paid you a lot of money to build it!
