I had made a reservation through the U-Haul call center on Nov 10th to pick up a truck on Nov 20th. I called their phone number and left a voicemail on Nov 18th to conform my appointment and I completed the online check in after receiving the text notification to do so. When I called the the following day Travis answered the phone and made the claim that our appoinent was only made the day before and that there was no trucks available for us. I will never use this location for service. Get your act together.

Appointment for oil change is 12:30 and I arrived at 12:15. I waited for about hour for my turn. When I asked, they replied that they are helping other customers repeatedly and have patience. After 50 minutes my car took inside for oil change.
During my waiting in lobby, two customers came for after service issues. One customer reserved uhaul truck but the truck was not starting due to dead battery, they booked other location but small size. They disappointed.

Joe is amazing in his approach! He's honest, tells you what repairs and maintenance are necessary, and will let you know if you are jumping the gun on unnecessary work. He quoted me half of my last mechanic's "immediately necessary repair" and ending up finding out that it wasn't even needed and that the part had plenty of life left in it.
This is by far the most upfront and honest shop I've come across. Definitely give them a shot!

This was my first time going to Cartech on the recommendation of a friend. They took extremely good care of me! Joey (the mechanic I worked with) actually brought me back into the garage while he was working on my car and walked me through the issues my car was experiencing. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Definitely what you're looking for in building trust with a Car Repair shop. Real people and real mechanics.

I highly recommend getting your air conditioner serviced here. They were fast and efficient. They were extremely friendly. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!! I am beyond thrilled I brought my car in to Cartech of Sacramento. I will definitely be coming back for any future car service needs.
