Fantastic customer service! I parked too far onto a parking curb and thus part of the plastic under my car was torn and was hanging down and scraping along the road. The Auto Experts were able to fit me in that afternoon, fixed my car in 15 minutes, and even gave me the heads up that I needed to service my brakes soon.

I would recommend the Auto Experts. They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have taken my car in before, they did a quick check for me and sent me on my way without waiting or charging me. When needed, they have fit me in for a quick service even if booked up. I moved to a new neighborhood but will continue to go back to them.

I had my first less-than-stellar experience at The Auto Experts, which included my servicing taking quite a bit longer than promised, and the inspection light not being resolved by the end of my visit. There were a few miscommunications, but thanks to Joe (the owner) and his very capable staff, these issues were resolved over the next few days. Joe took the time to call and talk through what happened, and he made sure that everything was explained and resolved to my satisfaction. I've been going here for probably five or six years now. Always have taken good care of us and we've been through three or four different cars. My last two visits were free for some quick fixes (a taillight bulb and an oil leak) and superior customer service by Joe. There's nothing like having a mechanic you can trust. This place is fantastic! Ended up with a bolt in my tire and had to get my car towed here. I needed an oil change too so I was one of those annoying "hey could you also do this too?" kind of customers asking for extras even though there wasn't long before closing. The staff was still very professional, and the whole thing (including my extra oil change) was taken care of quickly, all for basically the same price I paid elsewhere for just an oil change! They've made me a new permanent customer and I will definitely be coming back for everything and anything in the future.

We have used this business for years and have great confidence in them. They are competent and honest and unlike many other auto repair shops, they do not try to add on unnecessary work to trump up charges. I would have given 5 stars except for this: nobody in the office was wearing masks. There is a mask mandate in California and I expect businesses to protect their customers from Covid19 by wearing masks indoors and requiring that their customers do the same. I may need to stop using their services until they take the pandemic more seriously. When they do they’ll get a 5 stars from me.

We have used this auto shop for years and have found them to be honest, reliable, reasonably priced and very nice and personable. I left a 3 star rating last week because nobody was wearing masks inside. But today on my return they were very nice, apologized and everyone was masked! I explained to them that I have to protect my 93 year old mother and husband with medical problems and they were very understanding. This is a great shop!

I came across this awesome auto shop a few years ago. Any time I have issues with my Fiat they are quick to diagnose the problem, always provide me with detailed information about what’s required to fix it and this last time they even texted me pictures of the issue. Good service and friendly staff but poor scheduling and management seems disorganized, and parking is difficult. Went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I called a week in advance to set up an appointment. When I arrived on time, they had booked me as a drop off (not a stay and wait) so I was told I’d have to come back in a few hours. Really disappointing, I’m not sure why someone would make a specific appointment just to drop their car off for half the day? Had to find a ride home and back again, which caused me to miss work. This place is awesome. I was unfortunate to run over a bicycle tire that some loser left in the middle of the road. The tire got stuck under my car and I needed help getting it out. I was initially hesitant to come in because it was an hour before closing on a weekday, but I called anyway and the person on the phone just told me to come by and he'll see what he can do. My bf brought my car over and they were able to get the darn bike tire out from underneath my car. They said I wouldn't have been able to get it removed on my own because it was jammed underneath. I've been taking my car here for 3 years, and they always exceed my expectations. They're extremely understanding about budget constraints and usually can give me a couple options if I have a particularly tricky repair. My car is a 2004 Lexus with almost 250K miles on it, and sometimes it needs a good amount of work done. They'll always tell me what I need to do immediately and what can wait a little while if I ask. I was gearing up for a drive down south for the holiday weekend when I noticed a small puncture on one of my tires. I made an appointment same day and they were able to get the tire replaced same day as well as an oil change so now I can feel safe on my trip. They even gave me a ride to work while they workeworked on my car.

I was very impressed with their COVID-19 protocol when taking my car in for AC repair. Both Joe and Ricky were very responsive, organized, and great communicators when letting me know what was going on with my car. They are honest people and left no stone unturned in making sure my car received the service it desperately needed. It took only a few hours for the service. I also appreciated that everyone was wearing masks while working on repairs. This shop is 5 mins away from my home and they will definitely be my go-to for anything auto-related from now on! Matter-of-fact , willing to entertain my laymen's questions and concerns , and generally nice to deal with. I got the impression they were invested in getting the job done and get it done right . Was referred to this shop to throw me in a loop for their benefit.
***CARMAX max care *** is sending backed up repairs to 3rd party shops. Which is why they are backed up...
Servicing a vehicle 3 times in one month is not normal.
Thank god that I have a job to fund things like this.

Went to another car shop to get my vehicle smogged. Told me they couldn't do it because my "monitor needed to be reset." Called around asking for referrals and thank goodness someone referred this place. They were able to get me in within 20 minutes and had my car smogged in 30 minutes at a reasonable price point. Would highly recommended this place. Plus they have drinks and snacks!

I woke up to a flat tire a few days ago. Turns out, I ran over a screw. Fixable, right? I'd never had a tire "fixed" in the past and didn't even know where to start looking. This place is amazing. I called around 8am on a Wednesday and was told they have time today for my brakes and oil change. I dropped my car off and was given a ride back to work then picked up when I needed a ride back to get my car. They were very responsive via phone/email with the questions I had. They were also accommodating with my budget. Which I had to return the next week to finish up on a few things that I needed. Again I was given a ride to work and picked up. Never have I ever had such nice service. I'm happy to come here again for my future car service needs. I highly recommend

Auto repair sucks - there's no way to Candy-coat that. But after driving past this place for 17 years I finally decided what the heck - it was close and convenient and can't be worse than other auto repair shops.
I don't know how expensive things are supposed to be, so i can't verify previous reviews that say these guys are more expensive. Basically, my car didn't start one morning. I called The Auto Experts since it's close to my work and they said that they were able to take my car today, but they didn't quote a price. AAA dropped m car off in the morning, a service manager called about 90 mins later to give me a price, and I picked up my car after work. Overall I think they're a little pricey, but they're convenient if you work downtown. I didn't want to take the day off to get my car fixed, but looking back in hindsight
