I was referred here after an ER visit. The doctor was nice and the office was fine. It was only a follow up visit but the doctor explained everything to me and was helpful.
Later I was sent a bill and I was informed they only accept checks via mail and I could not pay over the phone or online. The person I spoke to over the phone seemed like they did not care to accommodate any other way of paying.

I wish I had looked into this place before coming here. I would've have never ever come here. I thought I was happy with my visit, and planned to schedule a follow-up, until I got the bill. This place charged me $80 for "strap", is what it was called on the invoice. It was a cheap insole the doctor cut right in front of me, in a matter of seconds, put some tape on it and gave to me. He told me it was a temporary relief and would last maybe a couple days. I was charged nearly $100 for a makeshift foot piece that should've been $5.00. $100! My insurance [BCBS PPO] paid $8.00 and

I scheduled an appointment four months ago for my father to get his toe nails clipped. They said they did not have the appointment scheduled. I had to reschedule for TODAY so that my father could be seen. The front desk scheduled today for 2:30 pm but the doctor was not in so they wasted my sister and father's time driving there. They answer sometimes very rude on the phone and seem to be generally uncaring and not very knowledgeable.

Chicago has a million podiatrists and I would probably recommend any of them over this practice. The front desk is rude, loud, and uninformed. They had no idea what surgeries cost, how to deal with insurance, and yelled for a solid five minutes about how I was not my younger sisters mom so I shouldn't have brought her. Literally pick any other place for better service.

I don't know what to think really, I've been having severe pain in my foot and i couldn't quite pin point it.
So I show up when I walk in I'm greeted by a student who also is mentions that she can't pin point it after asking questions and examining me.
The dr joins in and tells me my feet are pronated, then hands me a 10% off coupon from new balance. And says to try different shoes.
And possibly some insoles.
I felt really brushed off I even explained if I didn't wrap my foot at night I would wake up in terrible pain.
I had been in pain, like the type of pain
