As a Landlord, you never want to hear that your HVAC system failed and you need a completely new one. Luckily I had a home warranty company that paid to replace it, but unluckily the people they brought it to do so were TERRIBLE, making it a complete nightmare for my Property Management Company to navigate between the Home Warranty company and the Tenant and me to get it all taken care of. Kevin Chiodini from RPM has worked tirelessly to do this and I am so grateful for his time.
