Comprehensive Community Health Centers (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides medical, dental and mental health services to the underserved in the metropolitan Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas.
CCHC provides a full range of primary and preventative healthcare services to women including well woman exams and prenatal care. CCHC offers prenatal care to help expectant mothers and fathers through each step of the pregnancy from your first lab work or ultrasound through your delivery. The prenatal program at CCHC combines routine obstetrical (OB) care and other supportive services to expecting mothers.
CCHC provides behavioral health and access to social services because this can play an important role in one's overall health. CCHC has Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) available at each site. CCHC's primary care providers work closely with the behavioral health providers to ensure a coordinated plan of care.
CCHC provides other specialty care services. If you are not seeing a specific service listed, don't be discouraged. Our care teams will make sure you get any necessary referrals. We have a large network of providers outside of CCHC that we work closely with to ensure you get any additional care you may require.

Had an appointment for checkup and blood work. Receptionist has me wait outside for 5 min. I was 10 late so that was my fault. After answering Covid questions I went to reception and they were gossiping and whispering, that’s none of my business. Then they said I was 15 min late and they would not take me. I tried to explain I was the check-in took me over the 15 min. They were very rude and when I said I would write a review there response was “I don’t care” switching providers bc of staff which is a shame bc my doctor was nice.

I was apprehensive to visit this clinic, my apprehension was based solely on reviews.
Dr. Chang, was listed as my primary care physician, so I had to schedule an appt. and attend. I was thoroughly impressed with
Dr. Chang, she was thorough, knowledgeable, very pleasant, and had an infectious smile! All the things you look for in a PCP. The staff was very thorough and pleasant also. Don't Sleep on this place!

If i can give 0 stars i would. Carelessness of the staff and the doctors is on another level here. I have to wait 3 hours after my appointment to see them for less than 5 minutes and anytime you have an actual heath issue they tell you go to the emergency room. What is your job as a “health care provider” then?

If I could I would give no stars.
I went to the hospital for a POSSIBLE MISCARRIAGE, the Dr from the hospital said to go to my OB give them my paperwork and they would preform necessary tests to see if I am still pregnant. When I got there (at the York location) the receptionist said they couldn’t see me.So I went to the Eagle Rock location and once I got there I was told to go back to the clinic at York. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic, until now... I genuinely was disappointed. I would not recommend this clinic no more an I’m going to switch clinics

My son was seen by Dr Henry Barraza for a physical in January . My son was very disappointed and said that the Dr was rude and didn’t seem to pay attention to physical complaints. My son went to say the Doctor was arrogant and acted nonchalant about a specific concern he had .
I too seen Dr Henry Barraza twice for the same medical issue once in November and last in May and specifically told him my concerns about a sharp pain in my left leg .. he prescribed a sort of muscle cream both times and never requested for a referral nor a specialist . I just lost my baby my doctor requested blood test I went to the clinic like 4 times and neither of the nurses would tell me that I had to go to Quest Dign. Or give me the order. They would just tell me to make an appointment at the clinic for blood test my goodness how stupid are the nurses now days. I was very upset because everytime I would have to ask for permission from work waste of time and hours from work. They should hired more professional nurses. Finally I got the order for my blood but now I have to change my appointment to see my doctor because my results might not be ready on time

I've visited this clinic several times over the years. The service is pretty good and the wait times are reasonable - I don't think I ever had to wait more than twenty-five minutes before being seen. Best, and most importantly, I'm almost always seen by the doctor I chose. Even so, the facilities are average at best.
