Adam was great from the get go for our estate Planning by planning all the meetings ahead of time and making sure we are able to finish it quickly. I found Adam Diran through legalease, a benefit provided through my work to prepare my trust in December 2018. I sent all the required documents to Adam Diran. He mentioned there was a personal situation during the holidays and requested additional week to complete my trust. I understood and agreed. Every time I requested an update, I was asked for additional time. He has now stopped acknowledging my emails. This has now resulted in me wasting time and effort on my part. Since I haven't heard from him after repeated emails, I am now starting my search again for another attorney. I would NOT recommend

I highly recommend Mr Adam Diran. He helped me in my divorce case which also has complication due to criminal case on my ex-husband. I am a woman who had a syndrome to support my ex even though he did all wrong for me. Mr Diran stood by and advised and took care of things in such a way that I wasn't fooled around with my syndrome to take loses for my life at the same time made sure with respect to kids, help me in getting the physical and legal custody. Adam Diran is the best family law attorney around. While the vast majority of other attorneys prioritize maximizing their own profit, Adam is a rare exception in that he focuses solely on the best interest of his client.
He will save you serious money by avoiding unnecessary lose-lose litigation. I was unsure about Adam/Diran & Grey at first because of mixed Yelp reviews about not being organized, etc but I thought I would give him a try since my company's Legal coverage plan gave me a referral to him (and most of the negative reviews were related to divorce - which is tricky). He had high marks on estate planning so I went for the initial consultation.
I, too, had times when I wasn't sure about his ability to keep things organized but I have to say when it came time for the final meeting, he did a great job of pulling everything together.

Susan is Extremely knowledgable and a compassionate lawyer. I went to her because of her background in psychiatry, as she used to be a nurse and I too am a nurse. I feel she really understood the mental complexity of my case. From the moment I met her, I could tell she truly cares. She did a wonderful job getting what I needed when we went to court. Adam Diran recently helped my family and I set up a living trust. He did an excellent job at guiding us through a process that we knew little about, and was a very straight forward guy that made this as easy as it could be. He was genuinely friendly and courteous, while working quickly and efficiently. He answered/returned all my calls promptly and courteously and really made an effort to help us. I recommend giving Diran & Grey a call when you need to set up a living trust.

This review refers to Susan Grey's office. I did not have a good experience and Susan and her office did nothing to advance my divorce case even though I was charged over one thousand dollars for the experience. Be sure to read and understand her fee agreement as it has a clause making a portion of it un-refundable. This practice if frowned upon by the California State Bar Association as sited in several cases including Dixon v. State Bar (1985).
After I terminated our brief relationship I was sent a SOA (substitute of attorney) document by her office and it was filled out incorrectly!
