Staff was nice and helpful when you first come in to get your business. The reason they are getting a 2 star is for the fact that I was miss quoted $64 from when I originally placed the order for my new glasses. When I asked about the white out on the paper were the breakdown was, they quickly changed the subject and said that somebody might have just forgot something and said this is the total. I recommend when you get the breakdown and place the order to get a copy of it and hold on to it so they dont try to steal more money out of you than you were originally quoted and change something on the

I often don’t know what to expect when going into businesses. Are they going to greet me? Will they smile? Will they act like they truly care about me? Will they rush me to get onto the next? Today I came home from work to my son explaining how he broke his frames. I already knew my insurance wasn’t going to cover a new frame until December so I took a trip to Eye Care crossing my fingers that maybe they’d have a cheap pair of frames they could pop his lens into. Instead Willie Farinas saved the day. He took a pair of frames that were pretty much what he had maybe better from the shelf and fit my son with them. After attempting to reason with the insurance company that it was only a few more months- with no success - Willie made it work so my son could walk out with what he needed

Fantastic business! The staff and optometrist were friendly and helpful during an emergency. I was on vacation and one of my contact lenses slid behind my eye. Of course, i was unable to remove the lens which caused me some discomfort until the next morning when I came in to Eye Care Galleria. I explained what happened and was seen right away. The staff was kind, generous, and of course helpful. The optometrist removed the problem lens (which was buried far behind my eye). She also gave me a set of backup lenses for the remainder of my vacation. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this business
