The coaches here make sure you understand the skill and process before encouraging you to step up your game. I have never heard a negative word uttered to another athlete; Crossfit Nation has a very positive vibe throughout. I have worked out with a variety of age groups, from teenagers to people in their 70s. The demands are adjusted to your ability and everyone in the class cheers you on to do YOUR best.

This is not a gym, it's a family - where everyone feels and encourages everyone else's success. The trainers, coaches, and members are warm, welcoming, encouraging, and motivating. I have been doing Crossfit for 5 years here and it has completely changed the way I view exercise. I have tried every other exercise program/gym and I quit every one of them. I had resigned myself to being someone who hated exercise until I joined Crossfit. Expect more from yourself, because they will too, and you won't be disappointed!

How do you describe the feeling of being in control of your own destiny? We all know that being healthy makes for a more fulfilling and longer life, the dilemma is finding the motivation, along with the right fitness establishment to accomplish that goal.
