Private training is Sculpted Fitness Studio's most popular training program and is offered for 30- or 60-minute sessions in our safe and secure studio.

I have been going to Sculpted Fitness for a while now and my results have been unbelievable. Each class is 30 mins or less and each day is a different workout so that in a full week you work out every area of your body. Seth takes the time to demonstrate each workout prior to class and during the class he makes sure that each person is maintaining the correct positioning and movements. I have lost over 20lbs and I am maintaining.
Seth also sends out meal plans and recipes. He keeps you motivated and checks in constantly. I am not someone who ever loved working out and would always find an excuse

Seth is a great trainer and keeps the classes fun and challenging. Everyone I train with is losing weight, adding muscle, and improving their cardio. This isn't cross fit. Seth designs the workouts in such a way that beginners can train with folks who've been doing it for a while and they can fit right in. You can pace yourself and find your own comfort level and the results will come. If you want to go hard you can. If you've never done something like this before, he'll work with you and make sure you learn the proper form and technique. It works!

The results that I'm seeing and the increase of energy and positivity that I feel is so amazing! The trainer couldn't be better! Always switching up routines and giving positive feedback throughout your workout! I absolutely LOVE Sculpted Fitness Studios!!! I'd give a 10+ if there were the option!!! You should check it out!!!

Moved to the area from out of state. I was looking for a place to improve fitness levels and just look and feel better in general. I was debating between this and a local crossfit affiliate in town. I'm very thankful I chose to work out with Sculpted Fitness. Seth has a workout plan that isn't overwhelming and won't leave you with injuries like other faddish workout systems. I leave each day feeling good, challenged and able to come back the next day. Come stop by and see for yourself!

Middle-aged+ and not in great shape, I was pretty skeptical about trying Sculpted Fitness. But I'm really glad I did! The workouts are challenging, but Seth is very careful about making sure we avoid injury or strain. I'm down 20+ pounds -- trading fat for lean muscle along the way. And the classes are only half an hour. I was walking before, so I'm actually spending less time working out but result-wise, there's no comparison.

Because of my schedule I was only able to work with Seth for about a month. I was nervous about giving it a try but he made me feel very welcome. He explained the program and exercises very clearly. The workouts were challenging but fun. Left with a sense of accomplishment. I highly recommend Sculpted Fitness Studio.
