Went in there with a chip window. We called our insurance co and there company send a request to A+ company. No one call back to scheduled an appointment, we had to call them. Arrive an no one there wearing a mask. When the work was finished they said sign a form, very little on they did or show the finish product. Next ill to oak harbor to get the work done at a place suggested be our insurance co.

If you ever put any stock in these reviews put some in this review. I would never take any of my cars to this place ever. Even if they do do a good job most of the time when they screw up they refuse to make it right. I am a BMW expert and I had them replace a windshield and told them how I want it done in detail. When I picked up the car I saw they just slammed it into the rubber gasket. When I confronted them on how the job was not done to my specific requirements they argued with me and insisted it was fine I lectured them on the customer is always right philosophy and requested the do it again
