We stayed here over New Years and LOVED it! Bonus features: quiet (on new year's!), no hotel smell--not even of new renovation, tons of storage space, silent heater, comfy bed, and beautiful high quality glass shower. Plus, short walk to town and pretty lake. We walked to Georgie's for breakfast, which was SO tasty. My only (trivial!) complaint was there was no info card with check out time and wifi password. But easy enough to remedy. We will be back!

Not close to the airport but I loved my vacation time here. Very peaceful and convenient to all places necessary. Great park across the street for walking or studying. Mature atmosphere. Patrick at the front desk was amazingly helpful. I left an important item behind and though I was 1900 miles away when I discovered it missing I called, it was there, found by the maid. My daughter recovered and shipped it to me. I will definitely be returning.

The AC wouldn't work, there's no window to open, looked for an employee for over an hour, called numerous times and even hit the reservations number on the phone to try and talk to someone but I was sent to an IHG Hotel number in the Philippines. Several of the hotel rooms doors were what and it was a nightmare.

Our apartment got flooded forcing us to relocate for awhile and I was worried about room rates, Lakeshore prices were very reasonable! Not only was the front desk staff (regardless of the pandemic causing short staff everywhere) very accommodating but the rooms were great! I hope everyone keeps in mind that everyone is short staff so let’s be kind to those who showed up. Housekeeping was understandably short and we had no problem cleaning our own room.
Thank you Lakeshore staff!! You were a breath of fresh air in a time of disaster for my family and I! I will never forget that!

Great price and super-convenient location. Clean comfortable rooms and nice pool area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Only disappointment was that they don't clean the rooms, bring fresh towels and coffee replacement packs unless you specifically ask them to. Otherwise a great stay.
