My Easy Mortgage is appropriately named as this was such a smooth and painless process! I was working with Jay on a pre-approval for a purchase and not having much luck find a house in this crazy market. He suggested I refinance my current property since we already had all the info and my credit check. I didn’t end up making a purchase at this time, but I did go ahead and refinance my existing mortgage. Jay was excellent at explaining things and keeping me updated on the process.
