Casey Canino Pilates
First sessions consist of initial strength, mobility, visual, coordination, and balance assessments. During this time we will identify problems, create a training plan, establish goals, and assign at home drills that compliment the program we create.

In this phase, training not only consist of rehabilitative, mobility, and coordination exercises, but also re-education of functional movement and neural patterns, learning how your brain affects overall movement and health, and coaching new, healthier habits.We are all athletes, and our jobs require specific movement.

I have been fortunate enough to have been working with Casey for about 2 years in a Pilates studio. Her addition of foundation training has been invaluable for me. My husband was so impressed with my enthusiasm for integrating foundation training into Pilates that he also has started training with her.

Casey is a wonderfully skilled practitioner. She is a Pilates instructor that blends many modalities and makes them her own. This blend is unique to Casey. She relentlessly pursues continuing education as a means to better help those in her care.
Add to this a sparkling personality and background in dance / theater, it makes for entertaining as well as fun sessions.
I highly recommend Casey to those looking to begin movement practice with a solid foundation, or those already versed and looking to improve
