Ashley is a graduate of Flint School of Therapeutic Massage and a member of American Massage Therapy Association. She is passionate about helping people find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stresses of life. Her honed skills and intuitive touch relieves your tension, while helping your mind, body, and spirit deeply rest and re-set.
A gentle Swedish massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes to help you relax. The massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use lighter pressure. It's fabulous choice for someone who is getting a massage for the first time, or someone who just wants to bring their stress level down.
Several modalities of massage therapy are applied to meet your specific needs - neuromuscluar, trigger point therapy, relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial, sports massage.Concentration is on improving range of motion, increasing circulation, flushing and alleviating chronic pain. Surface muscles are first relaxed in order to reach the deeper muscle tissue.

Ashley is amazing. If you need someone who genuinely cares about respecting your needs and relieving tightness, she is who you need to go see. I’ve had several different people work on me before, but I have never felt the relief I felt after my session with Ashley. I have scoliosis and broad shoulders that carry a lot of tension... my back hasn’t felt this good in as long as I can remember. She’s fantastic!

LOVE my massages. After everything I do at work, tension builds up. I love being able to go a get a massage here! Ashley is great! She listens to your concerns beforehand, and checks if everything is the same for each service.
I sent my mom to go see her too and she loves her! I’d recommend Key Massage Therapy to anyone because I know they’ll have a great experience. The area is nice and isn’t too hard to find. Perfect atmosphere too! I won’t go to anyone else!
