The professionalism and the thoroughness of the staff is excellent as well as the friendliness is outstanding. I really trust the technicians at Craigs. Their vehicle health report is absolutely awesome. Now I always have a record of what was done on my vehicles and why. It also prompts me to ask questions to increase my knowledge of car maintenance.
While waiting for your two to three services a year might seem like a great idea, we have discovered some drawbacks to this. With vehicles built over the last 10 years it has become necessary to perform a detailed inspection while following the factories maintenance schedule. This inspection can take more than an hour by it's self plus the time of the oil and filter service.
The automotive professionals at Craig's Car Care Inc would like to give LUCAS drivers an update on some of the things happening in automotive fluids. You know, vehicles are becoming more sophisticated every day. Fluids such as, oil, coolant and transmission fluid are becoming more specialized at about the same pace.

Very professional experience. Upon drop-off, I received a preliminary diagnosis which was soon validated with tests/pictures which were undisputable evidence of deteriorated parts. Craig and his team were quick to answer my questions and most important for me...they were honest. Grateful for the service and rapid repair to get me back on the road!

I had them change my brake pads and they turned my rotors. They did the work on the car fine and the labor costs are fair, but they significantly mark up the cost of their parts. They get all of their parts from Napa auto and they almost double to cost. $70 retail cost for brake pads they charged me $130 for them. And if they have a deal with Napa auto parts they are probably not paying retail. I would have been better off buying all the parts myself. When asked about this they didn't care, I think they assume people don't look and where they are getting theirs parts and take advantage
