This is my first time here. I just bought a new car. A diesel. I’ve tried getting the oil changed at several “chain” oil places, but no one had the oil or filters I needed. They had been out for weeks. So I had to purchase the oil and filter from an auto parts store. I was in the area and saw this mom & pop place (small business) just down the street. I called to see if they could help me out with my oil change, since I was able to locate the oil and filter. All of the chain places I called would either charge me an arm and a leg or not do it at all. Auto Xpress was able to help!! Thank you

Quick efficient service with a sweet family owned atmosphere!! The owners were present and working hard the whole service and were very kind. Everyone was wearing masks, which is not often seen at this point in the pandemic, but meant a lot to me! They even rearranged our order in line to help everyone get in and out in the most efficient way possible. They also have a heated/cooled waiting room with a coffee machine and very clean bathroom! By far my best car service I have ever had. I highly recommend the family over here at Auto Xpress!

Just had an inspection done. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with someone in front of me. Greeted when I first pulled up. Super nice owners on site who did the inspection. This was my first time using the shop through a friends referral and now I see why. I can't speak for repairs, but their inspection service is the best I've experienced! Thank you guys!

This is my go to mechanic! They do their due diligence to find out what the problem is. I heard this loud knocking noise all of a sudden and immediately went to Auto Xpress. Reg hopped in and took it for a drive to get the noise to start again. He determined it was wind related and not speed like I originally thought. He took a look underneath and determined it was the dust cover that was falling off and banging against the bottom. He removed it and sent me on my way. I came here based on the good reviews for my state inspection having recently moved to the area and I was not disappointed. The owners of this shop are extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They completed my state inspection very quickly and gave me some tips on registering my car with the state. They even helped me get my old license plate off the car because the screws were so rusted. While I did not have much work done on my car, I can say based on my experience so far, I will definitely be back!

Took my car in to have my battery replaced. Few days later my car is completely dead. I have the battery swapped but still nothing. Noticed a lose cord just hanging by the battery. With a quick Google search I realized that was the cable that's supposed to be attached (BOLTED on) to the negative terminal on the car battery. Called to let them know the issue and the first response was I needed a new alternator.
1. They did not put the negative terminal assembly back together correctly. (the assembly should have never been taken apart in the first place on the negative side)

If you're a women do NOT come here. I came in for a state inspection and after what I witnessed I left immediately. The mechanic/manager Scott is the most unprofessional and the rudest mechanic I've ever met. Not only does he yell derogatory terms at female costumers but yelled and belittled one of his employees right in front of me. Not to mention the excessive use of profanity around all costumers.

Called 15 minutes before closing to see if they could install an alternator I'd just bought at the auto parts store up the street. Scott said to bring it in and he got to work on it almost immediately! Found out later it was his "date night" but "customers can't drive without a working alternator!", so 90 minutes later, in the dark, on a chilly Halloween eve, I'm back on the road with a running vehicle! Recommended for those in the Allen area!!

Scott always give us amazing service for the 4 cars in my family. I know I can always go to him for an honest diagnoses and repair pricing. Great feeling having a mechanic I can trust to do the job right and who isn't going to over change me.

Went here for the first time to get an inspection on my Diesel Jetta got failed because of front tires he said? The guy did not even know it was a diesel he said the state inspection machine said it was a gas car???? What?? I never had this issue before. I wanted to get the front tires changed anyway so $300. Later I am back and it is taking forever once again. I am usually in and out with this diesel car. I do not think they have a clue of what the hell they are doing. Never coming back?

Had been going to this place for a long time for oil changes. Went in a while back to get the oil changed on my genesis like I usually do. Oil light comes on a day later, my wife takes it in and they say its fine. The next day my engine blows. I finally got it a new shop to see what went wrong, and thats when they told me the engine was blown, no oil in it at all, and someone messed with the drip pan. This place is awesome! Took them less time to change my oil than it did for me to go eat 2 tacos across the street and their prices are great too!

I really don't have anything else to say besides they hooked my husband up. I definitely recommend coming here for any type of auto repair or anything. They were very friendly and honest. And they were very quick and efficient.

Just wanted to leave a review for Gabriel and the whole team at Auto Express.

After purchasing a vehicle from a local individual, 9 days later, the car began having major issues. Turns out, it was nice on the outside but was basically being held together by shotty work and sold under fraudulent & very deceptive practices.

Since that first visit, we had no choice, it died on us sitting in the parking lot... Gabriel has gone above and beyond. His thorough review and his honesty has saved us on so many repairs.

I went for an inspection and the Amazonian looking guy there wouldn't continue to do the inspection because I wouldn't buy the wiper blade form that guy.
I've been there before and never had any problems.
The "mechanic" on duty started yelling at me and told me to get my car out of their shop.

Went to them on 1/21 to get a discounted state inspection. Said I needed to replace the serpentine belt and couldn't pass unless repaired for 120$. Said no thanks. Took to the dealership and said that the belt was ok. Did not need to be replaced.
Hook you in for the discounted inspection and try to get an unnecessary repair out of you.

Been getting oil changes here for a few yrs. I took my car in to get a state inspection. They saw dirt on my tires, and said my breaks were bad. I knew they weren't. Had them tended to not to long ago. They never even got in the car! Never even drove the few feet to check per state law. He said we are having a break special. Oh really I said. I prefer to support local businesses and this is one of them. Several months ago I brought two of our cars here both for inspections and one to get fluid changes done. Ron was very professional and courteous both times. He had me in and out in a matter of minutes which I was very grateful for. I would not hesitate in bringing him more work as he and his staff are more than capable. I have referred people to his shop and I would not hesitate in doing so again.
