They told me that it would take 3 months to get my dress cleaned, and that they probably wouldn't be able to get the small dirt and mud stains out of it anyway, for $300. I'll be taking it somewhere else.

My fiancée took her wedding dress here and it came back with black marks on a brand new white dress. The owner would not help resolve the issue and said to go ahead and “leave us a bad review online”. So here we are!

I got my wedding dress cleaned here and they did a fantastic job! It is plain silk crepe so nowhere to hide stains or mistakes. I was worried about shrinkage but I dont see any issues there either. I took it to another cleaner previously but Parkcrest got out the stains that they could not. They took longer than the estimated time and I was a little worried because its such an important item but they did a great job.

Great family-owned neighborhood dry cleaners! They do all kinds of stuff that I wouldn't trust to a Jack Brown or big chain.

I will never use them again. They broke the zipper on my Lanvin wedding dress. They didn’t even call or tell me when I picked up. Shady. They did however write it on the receipt.
