I scheduled a pick up and explained that my laundry had to be completed by the 2 day promise. They assured me I would get my laundry delivered by that day. Then they didn't pick it up and told me they had. Then they promised rush service to make up for their mistake and didn't deliver again. After many phone calls and texts, they said they were sorry and if I wanted to drive across town, I could pick it up (after I paid for delivery.) Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing service. I highly recommend choosing someone else if you want laundry service. These people are utterly incompetent

I brought five articles of designer clothing to EcoClean for dry cleaning and was very happy with the outcome. Knowing I had very delicate fabrics like silk and some fine beading details I wanted to take my items somewhere they would be handled with care. I was very happy with the stains taken out of my white tops and the care taken with my beaded top. Very fast turnaround and very helpful staff.

Imagine being on a trip and pulling out a new shirt that was ironed for the first time, only to realize one of the buttons has been destroyed when they pressed it. Unfortunately this is a regular occurrence with these nice folks. Then imagine you send it back for them to fix and they sew on a white button instead of a blue one so it clearly doesn't match the others. Yet another common occurrence with the nice folks. Maybe one of these days they will implement some basic quality control, but until then they are more trouble than they are worth.

When I dropped my clothing off I was not warned of the outrageous prices here. When I picked them up and explained my frustration I was told there is a audio recording of them telling me the price when items were dropped off. That never happened. Save your money and go to zips. I paid 113 for 8 items. At zips that would have costed me maybe 20 bucks. This place is a scam. ** the comment below claims I was told about pricing, but is untrue. They claim to have audio of it however they won't send it over. And if expressing frustration is "verbal abuse" then you at eco clean are way

Just tried to give this place another shot after some problems a while back, but my pick-up order went missing for over a week and the staff at S Lamar and their main office just seemed confused and couldn't offer any help or information. Then one day out of the blue they tried to deliver it to my old apartment - after I had updated my address online, in person, and on the phone a number of times. SUPER nice people, but I think incredibly disorganized.

I love this service!! Great user friendly app to schedule pickup/delivery--which is free! Very comparable prices to other dry cleaning company companies. I had questions about the cleaning of my drapes and received excellent customer service. And the other clothing items laundered came out perfectly as well. .... by the way not many dry cleaners clean drapes anymore so this was a great find all around!

I walked in here wanting to get my "dry-clean only" clothes cleaned and was told they don't do traditional dry-cleaning. Instead, they do a more earth-friendly method that in turn uses minimal water. Huh.
All-in-all, my "dry-clean" only clothes turned out great with their not-so dry clean method. Which makes me think that a) this whole dry-clean thing is BS if my clothes ended up ok being washed with water and b) should I just wash these items at home myself?

Dropped off Couple Suits and pants, the person looked at all the clothes and told them they would be ready in 2 days. When I came to pick up, they didn't process two of the clothes even though she had clearly looked at them when she took them in. There was also no courtesy calls or anything saying the clothes weren't being able to be processed, so now i'm left scrambling to find other cleaners in time for wedding reception.

So we decided to give the whole wash and fold by the lbs a shot. Wasn't impressed, the clothes came back stiff, didn't smell like anything which was good but a little fabric softener never hurts. Also they definitely added some additional lbs to their calculations like 5 or so lbs which they corrected in the charge but they made it seem like it was favor. Additionally they kept my laundry bag and when I called to leave a message about it no one bothered to call me back. If you use it I'd double check the actual weight you give them. The delivery people are nice

The short version is they delivered my clothes to the wrong house. (I was very specific about what the front of my house looked like, just to be safe.
