I was charged for someone else's items and I was blamed for their mistake. When I tried to go back that same afternoon to fix the issue, I was then told that afternoon the owner was unavailable and had to come back. The next day I went and instead of fixing I was charged twice when they tried to fix the return. Now I still have to keep checking my bank account to make sure it was done correctly. It was over $100 for two suits and two days later I am still working on getting this straighten out!! Very frustrating. Suits were not cleaned and smelled really weird. They lost my dry cleaning and could not find it. It has been over a week now and they still cannot produce my items. Beware of this place, if they lose your items, they will make little attempt to get them back and they never answer the phone. They were supposed to call me over the holiday weekend and meet me with them but I never got a call. Can't be trusted

You will think you have walked onto the set of Cheers, not because there are bar stools or that they serve liquor because the don't. But, these people really get to know your name and little pieces of information about you and your laundry needs and requirements. Most of the people that go there even a couple of times, don't need to give their name to drop off or pick up their clothes. More times than not when I pull my car into one of their parking spots, all of my garments are hanging on the hanging rail by the cash register and ready to be picked up. At 4 Season Dry cleaning
