I’ve been living at Villa Regale for nearly a year and a half and still loving it here. The location is great, it’s pet friendly, gated, and well-kept. Management is quick at responding to emails/helping out when needed and maintenance repairs are always done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

Best apartment staff management and great apartment environment. I have lived in 5 different apartment complexes and villa regale was the best with communication, maintenance, and taking care of client. Atmosphere was nice and apartment is a great layout. I enjoyed and appreciated my stay at villa regale.

Such a nice, peaceful and friendly place to live at. Complex is close to many restaurants , movie theater and DHR. Enjoyed our time living there. Coffee place is next to it as well. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner want to thank management. Met many professionals who became friends. I highly recommend this place. 👍

Moved in a couple weeks ago and the process was really quick and easy! Manager responds really quick to any emails and never hesitates to help. Lots of dogs on the property so very pet friendly! My stay has been very pleasant so far and would recommend this place to anyone with a pet or looking to for a nice place to stay.

Villa Regale has been an excellent and safe place to live during my time here. Great community with great amenities. Maintanence requests were always attended to in a timely manner. The management staff is excellent, great at keeping tenants informed, and helped make my stay here that much more enjoyable. Thank you to Sandy, Gina and Jim!

Extremely bad! They donot know what is boundaries and what is respect! and the leasing office makes the regular package delivery (e.g., UPS, FedEx) extremely difficult!! They do not allow the UPS or FedEx get in!! Because of this, residents has to make extra efforts to pick up the packages or communicate with UPS or FedEx!
