Just moved in early August. The complex gives you an old relaxing look on the outside but quite modern look on the inside. The staff and management team go beyond their regular duties to ensure you’re happy. The neighborhood is also very quiet and I also like how there’s a gas station right across for convince. 11/10! 😁

Safety and Overall management should be Reexamined. Even before Covid-19, the common areas were being slowly poorly maintained, like the BBQ and Pool areas. Now the Maintenance staff are top notch and always get my apartment fixed on time. I am just concerned about the decline in Safety and Property management, especially after a night of car thefts.

Tell your security staff that if they’re going to approach someone to at least wear a mask. I was terrified for my life when I saw a man approach me at night with no mask and no security badge claiming that they were security. We are in the middle of a pandemic and people are dying. No excuse for staff not to be masked up especially if they’re approaching someone. If I get sick I know who to blame.

I was about to move to this place and the lady from the office was already giving me attitude so never mind. They don’t want to give me my money back because “they hold my apt for a day” when she told me if I didn’t pass the application and they haven’t even finish it but whatever they need the money more than i do.

They changed our lease, trying to get extra money from us, they changed the price of rent and didn’t tell us until we starting getting a past due balance and we didn’t know. Their communication to renters is horrible, they never call anyone back. I suggest never renting because once you move out they will say you didn’t do a proper 30 day notice. This place is

These apartments are in a very safe and location and are good for the price. The complex is older but very well maintained and the maintenance crew is fantastic. This is also a dog friendly place which is hard to find in McAllen.
The only downsides is that many residents keep outdoor cats (which is fine but many are not neutered) and that there is only one internet provider available.
I lived here for two years in a newly renovated apartment with newer appliances. The management was always easy to interact with and I never had a roach problem.

Been living here for about 6 months already and we love it here. The staff is great, the place is well maintained the pools are nice and they even have a great community gym with some great machines. They even have a nice little park for the dogs which my Miniature Schnauzer loves!! Overall I'd say a great place to live.
