I feel as though all of the positive reviews are from bots. Coming from someone who has lived here for over 2 years, this place has gone down the drain. I was "accidently" reported to a collection agency and my perfect credit took a huge hit. Management does not answer phones and are very rude. My apartment had black mold and all of the appliances were breaking down. Save your time and money and look into all of the new apartment complexes opening up around the area.

If I could give this complex zero stars I would. I have lived in apartment complexes in several different cities and this takes the cake on being the worst one. While I lived here my water heater broke and I had water soaked all over my apartment. Its been over three years since I lived there now and all of a sudden they charged me $400 with a collection that I have no idea what its for that I am now having to dispute. Never in my life have I had to deal with something like this before. Not to mention everything was completely outdated. Save yourself the trouble as there are plenty of other complexes

I live here and two days ago the complex sent people to tow my car and they make me pay $265 to recover my car that was tow from my own apartment. They are towing residents car to get more money because an agreement with a towing company. This is steal and from where I from we call thief to this kind of people!!!

The apartment complex is mismanaged. Terrible customer service and ridiculous late fees and fees in general. My rent has steadily gone up (past 3 years) despite the building being over 15 years old. I have mold, roaches, and and packages being taken from my front step. The front desk never answer their phones and the lease agreements are 20 pages long. This place is a nightmare.

Management staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are kept clean. If you want to park anywhere remotely close to your apartment be home before 4:00 pm and that is just by chance. When I moved in management couldn't even offer a paid space close to apartment! Irrigation system literally waters the sidewalks so when I leave for work in the mornings I am sprayed with water just to travel down the stairs.

Been living here for a year now. My biggest problem is that the residents are just dollar signs to the owners. They charge for literally everything. You want reserved parking, extra money. You want a pet, extra money. My small dog is $25 a month with a $300 deposit. They have two access gates but only one is accessible unless you pay extra. It's pretty crazy how they charge for every little thing. On the other hand, maintenance is great and problems get taken care of pretty rapidly. Employees are generally nice and the complex is peaceful and safe. If you do decide to stay here, good luck parking
