I have been a high satisfied tenant at the Atrium Place for over six years however, it is bitter sweet to say that I am only moving due to a career relocation back home. The experience has been amazing due to the peaceful environment, safety and how up kept the complex. The property managers are very courteous, kind, respectful, professional and always willing to accommodate or assist the best that they can.
I have never had any issues hence why I made the personal choice to reside there for the duration of time. The amenities coupled with the prices also are additional incentives.

The manager is obtuse, at best. Unwilling to work things out with tenants, they manage 400 apartment units and are spread super thin resulting in poor service and while others on their team try earnestly to provide good Customer service, the manager dilutes their efforts. Cannot reach owner Juan Carlos despite multiple requests for his phone number - the staff have been asked not to give it out. Problems range from security lights to non-working dryers to non-working TV in gym to broken gym equipment to an entrance gate that stays open only for 1 second! Manager refused to change the time it stayed
