I recently closed on a Society Hill condo with Dawn Secreto as my agent. I cannot say enough positive things about Dawn and the buying experience that she led me through. We worked specifically with Noah at the Condo Shop's. He was excellent! He held us find our first apartment when we relocated to Philadelphia. Then 2 years later we contacted him to help us purchase and house/condo. he listed to everything we wanted. he showed us some great units with our price range and specific neighborhoods. He helped even when our lenders were no response. The condo shop also gives you a handy timeline of things to do before during and after your move to help keep you on track. Noah is the best you can find in Philadelphia!

Had a few email exchanges with Dawn Secreto and she was a bit aggressive and giving me information that I didn't think was relevant. I had told her the areas i was interested in and my budget and she decided to tell me what wouldn't work for me instead of what would (really helpful stuff - NOT). I finally responded that I was not interested in working with her and she decided to let her unprofessional side show and say that "it is clear that I cannot help you"... lady, that's my decision to make not yours. Wow what a complete waste of my time. Reached out to Erik for some help locating some apartment options in the center city Philly area. I initially isolated 4 units in the area I was looking at from the listings generated by him (all of which were available from any of the other websites Zillow etc). It took him (after a couple of reminders) 5 days to arrange to visit one, out of the 4, so rather than driving the 45 minutes into the city for 1 viewing I suggested we let some more time pass so that he could try to arrange to knock them all out over a couple of hours one evening (They were all

I have taken a little bit of time to debate whether or not to even write a review based on the experience had with The Condo Shop and ultimately have landed on the "you as the reader need to know" side of internal dialogue.
