Been here for about a year. Horrible water bug and sewage issues. Sinks are always clogged. Waterbugs the size of beetles. Nice grounds/scenery but thats about it.

I lived there between 2018-2020 by renting, i am glad i did that and not straight out buying a condo there because i definitely would have regretted it. The management service was HORRIBLE, receptionist SUSAN definitely showed zero compassion and passion for her job. When i called for issues in my unit, she got impatient and hung up on me. she was by far the rudest staff in Green Hill. getting service for the apartment could be slow too but at least other staffs were more polite about it.
Luckily i dealt mostly with landlord and not with the team in the office, i lost my mailbox key and requested

I visited a friend here, staying at his parents' place. The gatekeeper at the entrance was patient and cordial with me, and the desk attendant was welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful property, beautiful grounds that are well kept. Lovely views. Great amenities, including an indoor pool with locker rooms, showers and a gym! Not to mention an outdoor pool with cabanas. Sweet!
Secure gated community. Friendly residents and great staff. Doormen are good folk. Office staff are helpful and accomodating. Units are spacious with huge master bedrooms. Recent cosmetic upgrades to halls and lobby are classy.
The negatives. The infrastructure needs updating, like the heating system. Also, they have rats!!!! They need to seriously address the issue. Considered buying a unit

Mice, Roch, Moth you name it. the management office or renter can't handle this for you. Water leakage! Please make sure to check bathroom ceiling (there must be some water drop trace) whether there has any water leakage from the upper floor. We had several occasions the bathrooms were wet (of course carpet in the hallway) due to water bursts from the upper floor. Centeral heating systems. you can't get heats in Spring/ Falls.
Safe to live but health issues due to too old buildings and mice. 150 for each move in/ out too expensive and you can only use decks in M-F 6pm.

We moved in one month back and on our very first night had water leak from Air Conditioning unit. And that continued to happen from the rest of three. Rats , bugs and cockroaches.very old building. Wet floors and.walls during rainy day. Horrible management. If you are renting from an individual owner you are going to step in a nightmare. Neighbors and staffs are nice.

Called today to get some information since I'm considering purchasing a unit there, Susan was EXTREMELY rude. she hung up the first time, and then said a a very rude tone that she was busy. This was a BIG turn off! For Susan to be a first point of contact I would rate 0 stars for her professionalism and unwelcoming attitude.

This 50+ year old establishment is marred by neglect. While the flowers and cosmetic renovations make it look attractive, there are major deferred repairs. The heating system is over 50 years old (about 60% efficient in an era when 95% efficient is the norm), and many of the heating dollars go up the chimney. Visit during a rainy day to see the water seepage into the basement or coming through the deteriorating building envelope. The driveway should have been repaired years ago, before water seepage caused problems with retaining walls and bridges. The fire alarm system is ancient. Some infrastructure
