The team at Great Locations Realty, specifically Jennifer, Ashlyn and Sam, were excellent to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. Finding a rental home while out of state is challenging to say the least but once we hooked up with this team, the process was a breeze.

We live remotely from Austin where Rick has managed the rental tasks of my mothers home. Sadly, she is in memory care in Austin.
Combined with the effects of Covid it has been assuring to know I don’t have to worry about my mom’s home and all the things that need to be addressed with it’s rental. It’s one less HUGE responsibility I have to manage!
I highly recommend Rick and his staff!

Critical: Professionalism
Completely unprofessional. After having asked multiple times to have things fixed, we still are waiting a month after moving in to have them fixed. They send people to our house unannounced (to mow the back lawn at 8am) who feel that it’s okay to just walk in with no invitation. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed in Great Locations and the manager, Jennifer and her lack of professionalism. I moved into my unit at PeachTree lofts in September and have had only poor experiences with the property itself but also with Great Locations and the staff. Upon moving in, the buildings exterior lights were shutting off right after sunset and the entire building was pitch black, creating an unsafe environment at night. I called and spoke with Jennifer and requested the lights be kept on overnight since I get home from work at nearly 4:45am and cannot see anything around the building. I was ensured

I will change my review until Scott Stoker returns my phone calls and the send the deposit he claimed he sent weeks ago. He was managing the rental property I was renting and never contacted me once when I moved out. He kept my security deposit for no reason. I also overpaid him and he promised to pay me back but he didn't. Ive been calling and leaving voicemail messages but no call back. Highly unprofessional and very disappointed. Scott has been avoiding my calls for months now, I do not understand why he thinks he can take advantage of me.
