The service was professional and timely. Convenient in and out and they offer delivery as well as quick drop services. This is my first time using dry cleaning in Arizona (from Virginia) and rates seemed slightly higher but I have no local no comparison. I’m willing to pay for reliable good service. I recommend Elite!

I took 2 very soiled cushions from my sofa. They recommended dry cleaning as opposed to washing. I left them and they were ready the next day. They came out beautifully. Elite is a bit expensive, but worth the price it if you want to want to be sure you item comes back to you in great shape!

Elite Cleaners is a great operation in Arcadia. We dropped off five items of clothing--two for normal cleaning, and three to see if they could get out some stains that had appeared while the clothing was in storage. For the latter, because we intended to donate them if the stains remained, they offered not to charge us if they couldn't.
The service was excellent. Your clothing is typically ready for pick-up at 5 pm the day after you drop it off. That held true for us. The items they cleaned looked great, and although they weren't able to get the stains out of the others, they offered

I've been a customer of Elite Cleaners for about 8 years. They are BY FAR the best dry cleaning service I've ever used. Their attention to detail is impressive. Every piece of clothing is handled with care. They'll leave a note on any piece that's showing wear or if a stain can't be removed. They do small repairs and additions like button replacement and collar stays at no charge. They've never damaged or scorched anything. Best of all, the entire staff takes pride in their work. Stop in ... the owner David and the long time staff always have a friendly greeting waiting for you!

I have 5 children who compete in Brazilian JiuJitsu - headed out of state for a tournament and the usual routine is I wash and press the uniforms myself but this time decided to change the routine - found Elite Cleaners and dropped off 8 sets to be laundered and pressed and asked if I can have the ready the following day. The attendants were above and beyond helpful...accepted the order and next day wouldn't be a problem. I picked up the uniforms the next morning and they are AWESOME!!! Elite is small, busy and out of the way BUT they proved to be the best experience I've had with dry cleaners

Don't take in faux fur coats!
I took a handful of items here. I got a blouse seam restitched (10/10), a white comforter dry cleaned (11/10, exceeded my expectations!), and a faux fur coat spot cleaned (1/10). If you're not satisfied with your experience, I know you can go back but I'm scared to get my coat recleaned by them.
I let my friend borrow my coat and she returned it with small, crunchy spots all over it. I took it in, asking for it to be spot cleaned, but only like two of the several spots were cleaned. The cleaned areas were scrubbed which half-ruined the faux fur. It

Literally the best service!! Found them on Yelp with great reviews! I was in desperate need to get my down comforter & duvet cover done ASAP. They were able to get out a big pee stain from my dog with no visibility of it happening. My down comforter & duvet cover looked brand new. I will be back again for future services!!

They totally ripped me off and probably a lot of other people.
They took in 7 shirts, 4 dry cleaning and 3 regular laundry.
Got charged 4 dollars EXTRA per shirt on top of the already OVERPRICED dry cleaners fee just because my shirts were "name brand" shirts !!!! I have used dry cleaning services all around the country and this is the ONLY place that absolutely rips people off in this way!!!
They also decided to charge me an extra $7 without my consent on a cheap shirt I have Bc they told me it needed to be "hand cared" so 7 more dollars

I have going here for 2 years very disappointed in $6.86 charge for a men's long sleeve cotton shirt.
I questioned the charge and she had no comment just ignored me.
Also was charge over $9.00 on a men's silk shirt which I lived in NE Scottsdale and never paid more than $5for silk.
I gave 3 stars because I didn't ask for pricing when I dropped off (my bad) but they gal should've made things right with the cotton shirt.
