I had the opportunity of doing my home inspection with John and it was definitely an eye opener. He explained and pin pointed things out that needed attention and was honest during our walk around the house. He definitely pointed out a deficiencies that the sellers had to fix prior to moving forward with the purchase. It was definitely educational. John has a great personality to go along with his great work. I would recommended him and this company.

We had John complete the inspection for a home my wife and I are purchasing, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. John was courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and he was extremely thorough with all of his pictures and the content of the inspection report. It's been over 5 year's since I was fortunate enough to have John do my inspection. I remember how thorough, and friendly he was. Took his time explaining everything to us about the home. Several weeks later, we encounterd a minor water issue. John rushed over on the same day, no charge at all! He recommended his friend, who was very knowledgeable about water related problems. All worked out in the end. Can't recommend John Zeoli enough.

He told me that John was meticulous and did an excellent job by him as he has used him several times in the past (my friend is in the real estate business)... John was by far the most knowledgeable, thorough and professional home inspector we have ever used. He methodically performed his inspection and afterwards took the time to walk us through all of his findings. His inspection report was first rate and because he took the time to explain everything during the inspection process we were able to understand the necessary action items on the final report. We worked with John from New Home Inspectors for our new home inspection. He was thorough and communicative.The highly detailed photos and videos were a valued portion of the fully documented report. All in all, it was essential to our real estate transaction. I could not ask for better or more competent service than we received. We were able to get majority of the issues fixed.
