This is written by the owner, Paul Besmertnik. I am very proud that have just finished my 41st years of inspecting homes. AS a graduate of Cooper union with a civil engineering degree, my qualifications are not matched by any other inspector on LI. Most are non engineers, and just took a 160 hours class from BOCES. Many have inherited the business and no little about inspecting homes. And many have to do 3 or 4 a day and can't spend much time with you. I only do one a day, and once I am there, time is no issue with me. Thank you for reading this.
