Jeff came to do our home inspection and he was EXCELLENT. We called to schedule Friday afternoon, and he was able to inspect on Sunday morning. He was extremely clear and concise when explaining everything to us and really took his time to make sure he covered everything. He was very timely too. Highly recommend!!

I was fortunate to find Jeff. We were in somewhat of a hurry and of the 3 or so inspectors I called, Jeff was the only one to take my call promptly, answered all of my questions and price was reasonable. At the inspection he was thorough, complete and totally professional and his report was more like a dissertation than a inspection and delivered it within hours. Was I impressed and would I recommend him? Absolutely!

We decided to do a Pre inspection and thank goodness we did. Jeff found an issue we didn’t even know was brewing in the crawl space. 5 Stars!! No complaints for them. Very thorough and detailed home inspection. Detailed report inside and out. There’s all kinds of inspectors out there that just want the money and do a brief inspection... not with HOWS MY HOUSE INSPECTION, I highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication on making sure you’re aware of everything in your house and outside of it.

I am new to the home-buying process and everything is new to me. My husband googled home inspection services and How's My House Home inspectors was the first to pop up. It was not surprising why. Jeff was friendly and explained the major issues in person and in the report. I was impressed with the timeliness of the report. I told him it was due the next day but he got it to me the night of the inspection. The report was through and easy to understand. The recommendations in each section will be the guide I will use in the future to correct the issues raised. I was very pleased with the service

Great company to work with. Jeff and Barry were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They arrived at the property early and immediately began the inspection which was very thorough. Upon completion of the inspection they directly addressed the items of concern and reassured that the property was safe to move forward with.
In addition to their excellent customer service the speed with impeccable. Within hours I received a very thorough and easy to read inspection report inclusive of pictures and details which outlined all immediate concerns on the main page.
