AJ-USA did a good job with the quality of the repair. The dent is repaired to look like new. Also, the interiors of the cars were well cleaned on the day of pickup. Communication is also easy/professional with their messaging system.
Negatives:
It took 42 days to get my car back for this repair (See pic - it is a basic dent by most standards)! Tesla has extra calibration work/requirements and it takes a few days to get the parts/insurance approvals but even so the time taken was way too much.
Further, AJ-USA reps were not forthcoming with the delays. They revised their ETA last day

It was a terrible experience. I took my car there for alignment. The person on the service that I met that day was very disrespectful. His name is Craig in the AJ USA Inc of Mira Mesa Blvd. I took my car there 8:30 am morning and he let me stay in the front desk of the service for 15 minutes until he decides to come over and ask me why I am there. Then for an alignment job that everywhere costs 80 dollars or less for my car he asked 260 dollars. Everyone at AJ USA were friendly and connected with me every step of the way. Jesse was honest and informative about repairs and how insurance companies connect with them. Nick intently went over any damages to the vehicle. They stayed in contact with me throughout so I knew exactly what time my car would be ready to be picked up. Thankful to Christina and all the ladies at the front desk who helped me in any way. Everything went super smoothly and I'm so glad I took my Tesla to them to get fixed back up into perfect shape!

Have been taking my car to AJ USA for years for various check-ups and repairs. Originally I went because their location was convenient, but now I go back because they are friendly, helpful, and don't try to oversell services to me. Craig in the Service Dept is always courteous and professional, and my car is usually done even before the estimated completion time which I really appreciate.

2 weeks and $4000 later, I got my car back. In the future (hopefully that day never comes) I will do my homework and not take my car where AAA recommends. It took them 5 days just to get me an estimate, plus they did sloppy work. I can't believe I paid this outrageous price-I felt totally ripped off. Part of the repair was to have the doors painted. But apparently, the door jam was not included.

Had my Honda Civic repaired due to a car accident which was not my fault. The other party insurance paid for the damages however AJ USA completed the repairs and dis an AWESOME job. People over at AJ-USA wanted a good review? Well here it is. My car was hit while it was parked, and I was recommend by the at-fault insurance to go here. After I got the estimate for the damage, I left the car for repair. When I came back to pick my car up, I noticed something was different right away. The plastic cover for the door was peeling off. It was strange since the peeling only happened on a single door (the side that they repainted after fixing the damage). Needed the fender on my brz 2018 to be replaced. Decided to give this place a shot since it's really close to my house and I was not disappointed! They found more internal damage and contacted the insurance for me and did all the work in less than the time expected!! They updated me through out the whole process on emails and phone calls. I came here to get my car battery replaced after it died across the street at Soapy Joes. This was the second time my battery has died on me and I thought it was time to get a new one.
The people working here were super friendly. They did a diagnosis on my car and found the battery to be OK. They insisted that I did not need to change the battery but to go to Honda to see why my car died. They were super honest and said that if I did the service, it may still not fix the car. And they kept telling me I shouldn't spend my money replacing the battery. It felt great that they really cared.

I was rear-ended and my insurance company referred me here for an estimate to the damage to my rear bumper. However the repair was paid for by the responsible party's insurance company. Repair looks as good as new and is not noticeable at all. Also thanks for the unexpected and badly needed car wash and detail. I'm more than satisfied and would recommend AJ to anyone who has the misfortune of needing body work on their car.

I've been taking my cars to AJ USA for over 8 years. They always really get to the bottom of the problem and provide exceptional value. This past Friday, Greg the Service Manager really went above and beyond by helping me with a check engine light issue before a road trip planned for the next day. They had a full schedule, and were down a mechanic, but still managed to make time for my car, resolved the problem, and came in under budget. Outstanding work yet again from a great crew. We ended up choosing AJ-USA for our car repair after being referred by AAA insurance. Initially, it was a bit frustrating because they said that the earliest appointment they had was 1.5 weeks away. When we complained to AAA and informed them that we still needed a rental car in the mean time, AAA called AJ-USA and somehow "magically" they had an opening to bring our car in the next day.

I've taken my Honda in a few times over the years [Mostly not my fault accidents]. They are VERY professional, they treated me like a friend and they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a pleasant one. My car was always returned ahead of schedule, and always looked like it just rolled out of the factory. One time, they even gave me a coupon for an oil change!
These guys deserve their AAA service accreditation. I have recommended these people to family members who needed body work on their cars, as well as things like oil changes.

I couldn't praise AJ USA enough for my experience. They have the white glove treatment down to an art. They kept me updated on the work without being overwhelming. I was updated via email and received phone calls only for things that needed my input.
I really appreciate the courtesy from everyone involved in the repairs including the office, service writers, and repair technicians.

Wow it used to be good.. but I'm glad I proactively checked their work periodically.
I came here because it was near work and I couldn't make the trip to my dealer for service;
4 days after my oil change - my car had a burning smell - (burning some spilled oil is normal after a new oil change), started ticking badly... usually after cold starts, and even while car was warmed up... but it was intermittent - I thought it was the lifters and that usually isn't a big deal on the N series BMW engines... but that wasn't the case... as the ticking knocks became more persistent.

Initial appointment scheduling was easy. Lady was very kind and helpful. Too bad I had to wait a whole week for an opening though. I was eager to get my car issue resolved.
