I wouldn’t recommend leasing/living at these apartments to anyone. It is very difficult to get a hold of management here. It’s not the safest/nicest area . A lot of crime on this block , Especially a lot of break-ins to the cars . Even though there’s a gate, criminals still seem to get in , brake car windows and steal your belongings , who knows this might even be an inside job for it to be happening so frequently...
I do not recommend do your research before you move in especially to these apartments. Very nice building from the outside but beware it’s very dirty and dark inside especially
