This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. Used to live here, if you want roach in apt and car scratched this is the place to live, oh and if you like cats there is allot, cat roaming on top of cars. love this place. trash always full.

Closet doors in the living room and both rooms have been off track for months which made it difficult to utilize the closets properly. Maintenance guy had them working properly within an hour.

Since the mid 1960’s, this apartment well known for being a low rent, low life place. It was run down in the 1960’s and 1970’s and known to have a bad element of people hanging around this complex. I guess it is reassuring to know that some things never change?

Yo this place sucks to live at honestly, crack heads always trying to open my car all the time. My keys don't even open my car anymore and even worst the security always trying to start some by making his false accusations. It's like come on man let me me enjoy my cigarette in peace but, no idiot always accuses us of doing things we not even doing. And to be honest that's not the worst part this apartment are infested with roaches no matter how clean it is they come out the walls either because the neighbors.
