We have issue with our neighbor playing loud base music all day and we complained to the management, but they seems reluctant in the issue .
Very Very poor management, disappointment with them, would not recommend anyone moving here, apart from this place is good, but cannot live like that every day.

I live in 5500 Cascade Way and living here since August 2017. I love the place and environment but there are few things that I want to point out. I use the apartment gym alot and I hope they replace the weight equipment that is in the middle of the gym. I think its too old and has damages that could cause accidents. And I think they should place paper towels and trash can inside the gym so that people can wipe before/after use.
Another thing is the water fountains. there is a water fountain right next to my master bedroom’s window and I have hard time sleeping because the sound of water falling

We used to love living here but ever since the new management company has taken over, many things have changed and not for the better. Recently, there have been a series of car break-ins and smashed windows (including mine) that have made us all concerned for our safety. We are now looking to leave. The only response we received from property management was "we have a patrol company that secures the area". Well, we've been living here for 4 years and have seen this security company no more than 3 times in those 4 years.
