So I know this is a low income housing place, no worries. But the lady Yareli or JD whatever her name is rude. I told her my situation and how I was struggling and when I was done she say, " good for you". She probably doesn't have to pay low income rent, or wait does she. Any way be nice to people, you never know when you will be at the other end of the stick.

No AC! Heat only works once in a while. Walls r super cheap. They don't do anything about your complaints or concerns.We were told that we had to live in a studio for at least a yr and then we could get the 1 bedroom. Been here for more than a yr and nothing. They raise laundry prices without telling us. They do nothing about the car thefts that's been happening inside the complex.
