There was constantly packages stolen and I paid a full month's rent for deposit but I never even received any information about getting it back. Contacted the property numerous times even went there in person and gave them my new address and they said I'd get a package with all the information and the deposit back in the mail but never did. There was police called about people fighting there after hours numerous times as well and people sneaking into the parking garage and going through unlocked cars as well. I HATED this place and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now. My favorite part about these lofts is that they have a modern look to them. They look similar to the lofts in downtown or north park but for cheaper especially for 2 bedrooms. We always get the prettiest sunsets from our floor to ceiling windows in our bedroom. It’s also not too far from downtown and it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood next door to the park and library which my daughter enjoys.

Okay place to live. Rent is kind of expensive, management was mediocre. Midway through our lease, someone new moved in across the hallway from us and brought roaches that came into our apartment. But management was very helpful with this and took care of it right away by having someone come spray our apartment. So there's that.

This place is great! It's located between a beautiful park, the National City District building, and the National City Police Department. The apartment is usually locked, and they have a gated underground garage. It is a very friendly neighborhood. People who stay here are mostly Navy and/or government employees but there are plenty of nice, civilian families as well. This is the only place my Wife and I have stayed at since moving to San Diego; we love it and don't regret a thing!
