Great apartments. Horrible management.
Jai operates on his own agenda, he speaks for Irina (the property management company CEO), and I don't believe he has much experience managing apartment leases. He disregards laws and he does not operate in accordance with the better business bureau.
The new community manager (Jai) would not comply with the lease or the service member civil Rights act. I found out I was being medically retired from the military in September. On September 28, I gave them a copy of the retirement message and notice to terminate the lease as of October 31. He said he would

Quiet, Private and above all is a place you call home because it's welcoming vibe. Harbor view condominium has everything you want, from great smells as you open the main access doors to when you open you apartment. It's got it all except for burritos at the leasing office, and yes they got free key rig coffee and water. Check it out folks.
